"Apartments Jonke" are situated in the small tourist resort Mandre on the island of Pag approximately 100 m from the sea. The object is a one story house made of four apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor) that represent separate living units with separate entrances from a common staircase (Click images to enlarge)

Two identical 35 m2 apartments with corresponding 36 m2 terrace are located on the ground floor. Through the entrance door you enter the living room that includes a kitchen separated by a built-in bar. From this room one door leads to the bathroom and another to the bedroom. Folding glass doors open to the terrace. A staircase leads from the ground level to the upper floor on which there are two apartments very similar to the ones on the ground floor. From the living rooms of both apartments on the upper floor you can step out to the 16 m2 balcony.

In the south part of the yard there is an arbor covered with Mediterranean tile rendered upon solid fir beams and columns covered with famous Benkovac stone completed with the dry-wall typical for the island of Pag. Alongside there is a stone kitchen with accessories for preparing and serving meals. There is also a sink with hot water and a fireplace for barbeques. This outdoor living room is available for use once per week in agreement with other guests.

Four parking places covered with Benkovac stone are located on the north side towards Primorska Street. A vast variety of autochthonic plants and trees (such as sage, agave, yucca, palm tree, mediterranean magnolia, mimosa, oleander, laurel, rosemary, lavender, decorative vine, olive tree, lemon, orange, rose hip...) fit in nicely with the surrounding white house made from natural materials (stone from Pag and Benkovac, quality Italian and Spanish ceramic plates, oak flooring, brick, mediterranean tiles, furniture from solid fir wood) and white island stone exceeded in beauty by only Velebit on the north side of the house and blue sea on the southern side.

The entire house was built according to current construction directives and is well isolated. Besides, apartments no. 2 and 4 have air-conditioning that will alleviate summer heat and at the same time enable stays in early spring and late fall.
Apartments are equipped with everything necessary for meal preparation and comfortable stay. We furnished them with an idea that our guests should feel relaxed and well, but we might have overlooked something so we hope that you will help us in this matter. With this collective effort we will try to provide you with the most comfortable vacation at the seaside.
